WHO THE F*** IS ARMANDO SPENCE?

A Short Film for Armando Spence’s Project “El Tranquilo”

At Playback, we take pride in nurturing creative projects from the very first spark to the final form. Our collaboration with Armando Spence on his “El Tranquilo” project is a perfect example.

Every element of this project was made at Playback - from recording and mixing to mastering the music, and ultimately producing the short film, Who the F**k is Armando Spence? Our team handled every detail, ensuring Armando’s vision was realized at every stage.

Beyond the film itself, we designed all the graphics and created bespoke props, including a custom “Armando’s Amnesia” zip lock bag, as well as an “El Tranquilo” vinyl. Each piece was crafted to add an extra layer of meaning and give the project its own distinctive identity.
